Clause 1: Staging, Lead Times & Packaging Specifications

๐Ÿ’ง

Hydration Portfolios

Glass-finished profiles (B12 Infused, Alkaline, Still Water) and rigid PET variants are dispatched in structural master cartons optimized for high-density maritime or interstate line-haul carriage. All glass configurations are packed with protective inner separators to ensure zero breakage during transit.

๐ŸŒฟ

Agro-Commodities (Spices, Seeds, Coffee)

Spices, agricultural seeds, and estate coffee beans are packaged using specialized humidity-tolerant, nitrogen-flushed, or protective bulk barriers to map exact cargo preservation limits during shipping. All agro-commodity packages carry moisture-indicator cards and are sealed with tamper-evident closures.

๐Ÿฏ

Sweeteners & Jaggery

Universal physical configurations (Solid Hard Blocks, Fine Granular Dust, and Clarified Syrup) require strictly controlled ambient-dry staging. Jaggery consignments are packed in food-grade HDPE liners within corrugated master cartons, with desiccant sachets for moisture control during maritime transit.

๐Ÿ

Honey & Apiary Products

Honey consignments are dispatched in food-grade glass or HDPE containers with tamper-evident seals. All honey exports are accompanied by independent laboratory test reports confirming zero sugar adulteration and compliance with destination market standards.

๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ

Vanmaya Incense & Fragrances

Agarbatti and dhoop products are packed in moisture-resistant inner packs within retail-ready master cartons. UAE export consignments carry MoIAT compliance documentation and are packed to luxury retail presentation standards.

Clause 2: Inspection, Testing & Destination Clearance

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Amritva Global executes rigorous independent laboratory verification assays prior to port departure. All consignments are subject to quality inspection and certification before loading. Test reports are provided as part of the standard documentation package.

Destination Port Clearance

Once the vessel crosses destination port lines, custom clearing alignment and payment of terminal handling fees fall strictly within the buyer's compliance scope as governed by local jurisdictions (such as UAE Free Zones or Indian State Hubs). Amritva Global provides all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth clearance.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all destination country import regulations, including applicable duties, taxes, and local certification requirements.

Clause 3: Force Majeure & Freight Liabilities

Amritva Global Private Limited stands shielded from liabilities arising from the following circumstances beyond our reasonable control:

Unforeseen maritime delays caused by adverse weather conditions, port congestion, or vessel scheduling changes

Customs clearance holding cycles at destination ports owing to regional regulatory updates or policy changes

Transport blockades, strikes, or civil disturbances affecting freight movement

Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events

Government-imposed trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargo orders affecting the relevant trade corridor

In the event of a force majeure situation, Amritva Global will notify the buyer promptly and work in good faith to resolve the situation or provide alternative arrangements where commercially feasible.
